Rather than trying to divert God’s love, let us be aware of it. That will make us very happy.
Instead of wanting to be loved whenever we wish, let us love infinitely whatever comes our way. Recognizing God’s presence is something we can unconsciously and quite naturally do. God will remain a mystery to everyone of course, but Love will make Him more accessible to us.
We all tend to reify love as well as whatever or whosoever we love, which amounts to limiting God. Whereas the love He offers us is unlimited, we just cage it in the finite. Once imprisoned, Love will gradually fade away, or get manifested somewhere else, moving on and going to a place where it can be free to exist. Love will never hold out or struggle. It just moves on, waiting for an opportunity more conducive to being returned to us all.
