– Today, starts Theophile the Younger, I would like you to talk about communication. In today’s Internet and mobile phones time, it seems out of step, but I know that you master a completely different way of communication; you practice it so often with me. Would you mind telling me more about it?
Theophile the Elder replies:
– Please, know that before being verbal, communication is especially nonverbal. It is set up through a connection between two hearts, two beings. Usually, this communication is unconscious, left to chance. My proposition is to consciously link up with your interlocutor, whoever they are.
When two hearts are linked together by light, this immediately creates a phenomenon of empathy. There is neither distance, nor separation anymore from your partner. They feel listened, understood, accepted by you.
Would you like to try?
Gently close your eyes, it will be easier.
Choose a friend of yours who you like very much.
Dive into the depths of your heart.
Get in touch with the light until you are in intimate union with it.
Let all this light imbue your inner space.
Then only, let your heart set up a link of light with the heart of your friend.
What happens? Would you mind describing it to me?
– I notice a ray of light between our two hearts. It is very sweet. Those lights get in touch, harmoniously blend. It is peaceful, thoughtless. I am here and elsewhere at the same time.
Theophile the Elder resumes:
– You may open your eyes again. The link of heart that you settled up with your friend is constant now. You will just need to invoke it as soon as you will be in touch with him, physically or not, to rekindle your bond of hearts.
Start again and go deep in the silence of your heart, without willing, just evoking your friend. What happens?
– The link is there. It is sweet and warm, enveloping. Love is present, taking all the space. It seems that a communication takes place between us. I slightly loose notion of my person whilst staying myself. We are in harmony.
– Imagine now your two hearts speaking wordless.
Theophile the Younger:
– I know this already, that is what we often do together, when I am speechless or when words are not necessary anymore. I like those moments. It is as if we were sitting by the fireplace, silently looking at the flames. When this inner dialog stops by itself, I have the feeling that my being is content.
The Elder keeps silent, settled in his resting heart. The inner fire crackles.
Theophile the Younger:
– I would like to go further. Currently, this friend of mine has a problem and asked for my help. What should I do?
– Above all, do not rush. Since the link between your hearts is settled in, invoke it. Let light do its work when your friend faces difficulties. Listen through your heart.
Theophile the Younger:
– A stream of thoughts arises, should I say everything?
– Your ideas are often right, resumes Theophile the Elder, but they rather go first through the filter and the silence of your heart, which will go into resonance and touch your friend’s heart before the ideas could even have been said throughout words. Words are vibrations first. Those ones are the essence itself of the non-verbal communication we discussed a while before.
Would you mind closing your eyes again?
Think to your friend in the inner space of your heart.
When your friend will speak to you, listen to your heart. Listen to your feeling at the same time as he is speaking to you. He will feel a relief with the certainty that he found the solution in himself.
After a silence, Theophile the Elder goes on:
– The solution is in each of us. People need neither our solution, nor even those of their own mind and reason. Those answers are often wrong, while those coming from the light of their soul are the only appropriate truth. Mind and reason come after it to implement what the heart dictated.
Close your eyes again. What do you feel?
– The two fields are only one. The two souls of ours are in communion. My friend’s soul was agitated and is in peace now, everything is OK.
A simple thought emerges in my mind, reaches it immediately.
I could possibly tell the solution if my friend had not given it before.
Theophile the Elder interrupts him:
– Be careful, it is important to listen to your interlocutor with your heart. The interest is to give time to him to express himself, even if you immediately received the answer. Give time to him to listen to his heart and to learn how to speak with it.
– Is this mind reading? Is that called telepathy?
– Not exactly, this is actually because of empathy: you immediately receive the thoughts, emotions, and pleasant or unpleasant feelings of you counterpart. With this empathy, you are connected to the totality of the being sitting in front of you.
Chariji, one of my spiritual Guides, said that thoughts were quicker than the sunlight: this takes nine minutes to reach the Earth, though thoughts can do it instantaneously.
It is not always easy to feel this wholeness. You should forget yourself as much as possible. Your receptivity will depend on your sensitivity, the level of your purity and your elevation. A master can receive you totally because he is nothing by himself, his personality being merged in the Divine. Should his answer be verbal or not, it is always connected to the Source. It is always supported by Universal Love.
You have nothing else to do but live it…
