Theo. \u2013 Approaching the chakras seems very technical sometimes. Are not there any other ways to do it? The Elder \u2013 Each chakra has its own energy. It will produce a specific vibration, which some people may perceive either as colours or sounds (sabda<\/em>), or even as words or thoughts. Theo. \u2013 Is that the way we receive any information we need for our spiritual work? The Elder \u2013 Yes! Everyone will have a personal approach and there are many ways to do it. Theo. \u2013 Could you please give me an example? The Elder \u2013 Some trainers find it difficult to read the meditator’s condition straight away, so they will ‘feel’ it personally, at first. It is the so-called mirror effect. Then they will know what to do. Others can so well distance themselves from it that any thought occurring to them relates directly to the meditator. They can see on themselves the grey areas that need to be cleaned. Theo. \u2013 It requires a serious know-how for not confusing what we are and what the person sitting opposite to us really is. The Elder \u2013 That is the reason why, before conducting meditation, the trainers must do their own cleaning<\/a> and get deeply absorbed within the Inner Master in order to make sure that it is Him who will be guiding the satsangh<\/em> (meditation). Theo. \u2013 Is there any risk the trainer’s ego might interfere? The Elder \u2013 With some practice, we do know when our ego is involved. Our hearts know. If there is any doubt, then we back off. Don’t forget that our work simply consists in: 1) Cleaning, purifying with love and gentleness. 2) Transmission; which can only come from the Master. Theo. \u2013 Whatever the meditator’s level, is it? It’s very simple indeed! The Elder \u2013 As simple as God… Theo. \u2013 What about interference? The Elder \u2013 It is no more than scum on the ocean. The greatest difficulty comes when the trainer starts talking drivel. Theo. \u2013 Silence is God’s language… The Elder \u2013 And listening is a better choice. The person will tell you what you need to know. Theo. \u2013 It’s like one’s inner condition. It comes naturally. The Elder \u2013 As I have already explained, you need not investigate<\/a>. We learn what we have to know for the person’s sake and in God’s instant. We work with love, and Love makes no constraints; it uses no force, yet it has the capacity to open the most closed, the most shielded hearts, just with a gentle caress. Theo. \u2013 Finally, could you make a short summary of the way that work should be done? The Elder \u2013 Above all, it will be global, knowing that the bulk of the work has been done during the first three introductory sittings<\/em>. Theo. \u2013 That means a preparatory cleaning, then the connection to the Source, to the Ultimate, and to Master’s heart. The Elder \u2013 Daaji<\/a> says that our initial fear has then been cleared off. Our being connected to the Source allows us to receive all that was meant for us. Theo. \u2013 The meditator’s heart being thus connected to the Master’s heart is such a good opportunity, isn’t it? I can imagine that it avoids the long road of the yatra<\/a><\/em> and takes the shortest road to Master’s heart. The Elder \u2013 It does not mean you won’t have to complete the yatra<\/em>. A preparatory work is still essential for travelling to the Ultimate through Master’s heart. Theo. \u2013 I know. The aspirant’s heart must be as pure as the sun, and be moved by love. The Elder \u2013 It is open to everyone, but all of them don’t want or have the possibility to go that route straight away. Practice is a preparation that may take a shorter or longer time. Both hearts must recognize and accept each other. Theo. \u2013There is no certainty they will. All that really matters is acquired in a rather mysterious way. It is the same for Grace, which comes without our being able to refer to any specific conditions or criteria. The Elder \u2013 Except for a pure heart or for the presence of a loving master. Theo. \u2013 Hence the importance of cleaning<\/em> I guess! The Elder \u2013 The cleaning<\/em> work must be global and meticulous for transmission to operate. Have you read any books dealing with the topic? Theo. \u2013 Yes, but I must read them again. They give a great deal of information. The Elder \u2013 The information will be valuable when it matches the experience you have of it. Furthermore, during the second half of his mandate as a Master, Chariji<\/a> had rather have the trainers forget about Babuji’s<\/a> writings. Theo. \u2013 Why? They can be so useful! The Elder \u2013 Some of the trainers had acquired highly technical skills, but unfortunately they lacked the love and self-forgetfulness that should go together with facing the Inner Master. Under these circumstances, no technique will ever make the aspirants do any progress. Theo. \u2013 Daaji has streamlined it all. That appears very clearly in what he explained to us. The Elder \u2013 The Lord had opened new possibilities. It was another era, but all ages are blessed. Each Master brings about what humanity will be able to receive then. Nowadays, our possibilities to develop are considerable, and the way by the heart through the Sahaj Marg<\/a> is open to everyone all over the world. Theo. \u2013 According to you, what is most essential, concerning the work a trainer has to do? The Elder \u2013 As I already told you, all that really matters was done during the introductory sittings: i.e. the trainers, or rather their hearts, have been re-connected to the Divine Source within them. Their souls were sort of being asleep, and the first transmission of pranahuti <\/em>woke them up and reminded them of their true nature. Theo. \u2013 God’s children and, as we saw, the Covenant established between the soul and its creator<\/a> at the beginning of time. The Elder \u2013 When trainers are at their spiritual task, it is important that they should not forget the true nature, the purely divine origin of the aspirant. To be continued…<\/a><\/p>\n
